Credentials
- Personal Access Token — Generate in Hashnode, Account Settings, Developer.
- Publication ID — Find in Dashboard, General Settings. This identifies which blog to publish to.
How It Works
MokonyxSocial sends a GraphQL mutation to publish the article. Content is sent as markdown. Supports cover images and tags.
Getting the Details Right
- Confirm the Publication ID. If you run more than one Hashnode publication, this value decides which blog receives the post.
- Set a cover image. A strong article intro image becomes the Hashnode cover and makes the post more inviting.
- Add tags to improve discoverability within the Hashnode community.
Keeping Your Token Safe
The personal access token can publish on your behalf — store it securely and regenerate it in Hashnode if it is ever exposed.
