Everything in one window

MokoHub gathers the services a Moko workstation always has open and puts them side by side. Out of the box, that includes:

  • Google Workspace — Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Chat, and more.
  • phone.com — your business phone portal for text messages and calls.
  • ntfy — push notifications and alerts.
  • Element — secure team chat.
  • MokonyxCRM and other internal Moko tools — your business systems, all a click away.

Each service runs in its own space inside the window, so signing in to one does not mix up your session with another. You switch between them just by clicking their tiles.

Ready to go, with nothing to set up

When you first open MokoHub, all your tiles are already there. There is no lengthy setup, no list of services to build by hand, and no account to create just to use the app. The full lineup of tools is pre-loaded for you.

The only thing you do is sign in to each service the first time you open it — exactly like you would in a web browser. After that, MokoHub remembers your sign-in so you are not asked again every time you launch it.

One Google sign-in covers your Google apps

MokoHub uses your Google Workspace account as your main identity. Because all your Google services (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and the rest) share a single sign-in, you log in to Google once and every Google tile is signed in together. No repeating your password app by app.

Your data stays on your computer

MokoHub is local-first. It does not require a separate MokoHub account, and it does not depend on a central server to work. Your setup — which tiles you have, how they are arranged, and your preferences — is stored right on your own machine. This keeps the app fast and lets it work reliably without waiting on a backend.

Handy touches that keep you focused

  • Closes to the tray. Clicking the close button tucks MokoHub into your system tray instead of quitting, so it stays running quietly in the background and pops back up instantly.
  • Unread badges. Tiles for messaging services (like Google Chat, phone.com texts, and ntfy) show a count when something new arrives, so you can see at a glance where your attention is needed.
  • Opens where you want. MokoHub launches straight to a chosen starting tile — typically Gmail — so you are working right away.
  • Notifications keep coming. Even when a service is idle in the background, MokoHub keeps checking it for new activity, so you do not miss anything.

Getting started

  1. Open MokoHub. All your service tiles appear automatically along the side.
  2. Click a tile — for example, Gmail — and sign in when prompted, just as you would on the web.
  3. Sign in to Google once, and your other Google tiles (Calendar, Drive, Docs, and so on) are signed in for you too.
  4. Sign in to your other tiles (phone.com, Element, MokonyxCRM, and the rest) the first time you use each one.
  5. That is it. MokoHub keeps you signed in, so next time you open it everything is right where you left it.

What changed recently

MokoHub is kept deliberately lean and focused. The old "What is new?" release-notes button has been removed from the update bar to keep the interface uncluttered. The app also updates itself and its list of services quietly in the background, so you always have the current tools without any manual steps.

In short

MokoHub is your all-in-one work dock: one window, all your services, signed in and ready, with your setup living safely on your own computer. Open it in the morning and everything you need for the day is already waiting for you.
