🧾 Enabling the Module
- Navigate to:
Home → Setup → Modules → Product Lots - Click Activate
- Enable lot tracking per product in the product setup screen
🔢 Creating and Assigning Lots
- Go to Products → Product → Enable Lot Tracking
- Upon stock receipt (via Purchase or Stock Movement):
- Enter Lot number
- Optionally define Expiration date and Manufacture date
- Save to track this quantity by lot in stock and movement records
📦 Managing Stock by Lot
- Stock quantities are recorded per lot and warehouse
- Each shipment, invoice, or stock movement can specify the lot used
- Trace which customers received which lots (essential for recalls)
- Adjust or transfer stock with lot number preservation
