🧾 Enabling the Module
- Go to:
Home → Setup → Modules → Recruitment - Click Activate
- Configure job categories and application stages under Recruitment → Setup
🧑💼 Creating Job Postings
- Navigate to Recruitment → New Job Position
- Enter:
- Job Title and Reference Code
- Location, Department, and Hiring Manager
- Contract Type (e.g., Full-Time, Part-Time, Intern)
- Job Description and Requirements
- Set Status to Open to start accepting candidates
📄 Managing Applications
Once a position is open:
- Candidates can be added manually or via form integrations
- Each application includes:
- Personal information
- Resume/CV attachment
- Cover letter or notes
- Source of application (e.g., referral, job board)
Track progress using custom-defined Application Stages (e.g., Screening → Interview → Offer → Hired/Rejected)
📝 Reviewing Candidates
