🧾 Enabling the Module
- Navigate to:
Home → Setup → Modules → Foundation Members - Click the “Activate” icon to enable
- Configure defaults under Setup → Module Setup → Members
👤 Adding Members
- Go to Members → New Member
- Complete the form:
- Member Name and contact details
- Membership Type (e.g., Student, Annual, Corporate)
- Start Date, duration, and fee
- Optionally link to a Third Party (company contact)
- Save the member and generate a membership card or confirmation if desired
💳 Managing Subscriptions and Renewals
Memberships include:
- Validity period (start/end dates)
- Payment history
- Renewal and cancellation status
To renew:
- Open the member’s profile
- Click "Renew Membership"
