🧾 Enabling the Module

  1. Navigate to:
    Home → Setup → Modules → Foundation Members
  2. Click the “Activate” icon to enable
  3. Configure defaults under Setup → Module Setup → Members

👤 Adding Members

  1. Go to Members → New Member
  2. Complete the form:
    • Member Name and contact details
    • Membership Type (e.g., Student, Annual, Corporate)
    • Start Date, duration, and fee
    • Optionally link to a Third Party (company contact)
  3. Save the member and generate a membership card or confirmation if desired

💳 Managing Subscriptions and Renewals

Memberships include:

  • Validity period (start/end dates)
  • Payment history
  • Renewal and cancellation status

To renew:

  1. Open the member’s profile
  2. Click "Renew Membership"
  3. Enter the new validity dates and fee
  4. Save to log the renewal

🧮 Membership Types

Define under Members → Setup → Membership Types

Customize:

  • Type name and visibility
  • Default subscription duration
  • Associated amount or fee
  • Public/private flags

Useful for automating member plans and pricing tiers.

📊 Tracking and Reporting

Use filters to find:
