🧾 Enabling the Module
- Navigate to:
Home → Setup → Modules → Manufacturing Orders - Click Activate
- Ensure the Bills of Material (BOM) and Stocks modules are also enabled
🏗️ Creating a Manufacturing Order
- Go to Manufacturing → New Manufacturing Order
- Select the Product to be manufactured (must have an active BOM)
- Enter:
- Quantity to produce
- Target warehouse for finished product
- Start and end dates (optional)
- Save and review component requirements pulled from the BOM
🔁 Executing Production
- Once confirmed, MokoCRM will:
- Deduct components from stock
- Add finished product to warehouse inventory
- You may track production status as: Planned, In Progress, Completed, Canceled
- Manual adjustments are possible to reflect scrap or material substitution
🔗 Integration With Other Modules
- BOM: Defines materials and quantities required per unit
- Products: Links produced and consumed items
- Stocks: Manages all input/output movements from production
- Accounting: Optionally reflects production costs in ledger (if configured)
📊 Reporting and Tracking
- View open and completed manufacturing orders by product or time period
- Analyze component consumption and finished good output
- Export MO lists for audits or operations review

- Ensure all products to be manufactured have a valid BOM
