Post to any Mastodon instance when articles are published. Supports multi-instance deployments and hashtags. Uses the Mastodon API v1 with Bearer token authentication.

Credentials

  • Instance URL — Your Mastodon server (e.g., https://mastodon.social). Default: https://mastodon.social.
  • Access Token — Generate in your instance's Preferences, Development, New Application.

Setup Steps

  1. Log into your Mastodon instance.
  2. Go to Preferences, Development, New Application.
  3. Give it a name (e.g., MokoSuiteSocial) and grant write:statuses permission.
  4. Copy the generated access token.
  5. Enter the instance URL and token in MokoSuiteSocial.

Limits

500 characters (default, may vary by instance). Media attachments are supported.
