The Post Queue is where you monitor all cross-posts — queued, in-progress, completed, and failed. It gives you full visibility into what has been sent, what is waiting, and what needs attention.
Queue Statuses
- Queued — Waiting to be processed.
- Posting — Currently being sent to the platform.
- Posted — Successfully delivered.
- Failed — Delivery failed. Failed posts are automatically retried.
- Scheduled — Set to be posted at a future date/time.
Retry Behavior
Failed posts are automatically retried with exponential delay. Configure in Components → MokoSuite Social → Options:
- Max Retries — How many times to retry (default: 3)
- Retry Delay — Base delay in seconds between retries (default: 300)
