🧾 Enabling the Module
- Navigate to:
Home → Setup → Modules → Resources - Click Activate
- Optionally configure resource types, booking rules, and default availability
📦 Creating a Resource
- Go to Resources → New Resource
- Enter:
- Label (e.g., Conference Room A, Truck #1, Projector)
- Type (Room, Vehicle, Equipment, Other)
- Location, Capacity, and Notes
- Define availability schedule and assign to responsible user (optional)
- Save to activate the resource
📅 Booking and Usage
- Book a resource through:
- Agenda (linked to an event)
- Resources → Schedule
- Prevent double-booking with conflict alerts
