🧾 Enabling the Module

  1. Navigate to:
    Home → Setup → Modules → Projects
  2. Click Activate
  3. Configure task numbering, visibility, billing integration, and optional lead status fields

📁 Creating a Project or Lead

  1. Go to Projects → New Project
  2. Enter:
    • Title and Description
    • Linked third party (customer or prospect)
    • Status: Draft, In Progress, Finished, Canceled
    • Public/Private visibility
  3. Optionally tag the project as a Lead for pipeline-style tracking

📋 Managing Tasks and Progress

  • Assign tasks to team members with:
    • Start/end dates
    • Percent complete
    • Priority and billing status
  • Use Gantt view or list mode for planning
  • Track time and cost per task if enabled
