🧾 Enabling the Module
- Navigate to:
Home → Setup → Modules → Projects - Click Activate
- Configure task numbering, visibility, billing integration, and optional lead status fields
📁 Creating a Project or Lead
- Go to Projects → New Project
- Enter:
- Title and Description
- Linked third party (customer or prospect)
- Status: Draft, In Progress, Finished, Canceled
- Public/Private visibility
- Optionally tag the project as a Lead for pipeline-style tracking
📋 Managing Tasks and Progress
- Assign tasks to team members with:
