🧾 Enabling the Module

  1. Navigate to:
    Home → Setup → Modules → Salaries
  2. Click Activate
  3. Optionally configure default contribution types and accounting linkages

💼 Creating a Salary Record

  1. Go to HRM → Salaries → New Salary
  2. Select a linked User (employee)
  3. Enter:
    • Gross salary amount
    • Date of payment or payroll period
    • Salary Type (e.g., monthly, bonus, overtime)
  4. Add breakdown lines for:
    • Social contributions
    • Bonuses or deductions
  5. Save the salary entry

🧾 Contribution and Deduction Tracking

  • Configure predefined contribution types via Setup → Dictionaries → Social Contributions
  • Apply employee and employer shares to each salary record
  • Track mandatory deductions for tax, insurance, or retirement plans

  • Mark salaries as paid manually or log payments with transaction references
