🧾 Enabling the Module

  1. Navigate to:
    Home → Setup → Modules → Payment by Direct Debit
  2. Click Activate
  3. Configure mandate formats, creditor identification (SEPA ID), and default bank accounts

🏦 Setting Up Mandates

  1. Ensure each Customer has valid bank details (IBAN/BIC)
  2. Create or import a Mandate (authorization) under the customer record
  3. Define:
    • Mandate ID (unique)
    • Signature date
    • Type (one-time or recurring)
  4. Save and validate the mandate

📥 Generating Direct Debit Files

  1. Go to Bank & Cash → Generate Direct Debit File
  2. Select:
    • Customer Invoices to collect
    • Bank account to receive payment
    • Execution date
  3. Generate the SEPA-compatible file and download for submission

📨 Submitting to Bank

  • Upload the XML file to your online banking system or submit via secure channel
  • After processing, mark invoices as paid in MokoCRM
  • Track successful and failed debits in payment history

  • Customer Invoices: Used as the source for debit requests
  • Contracts: Supports recurring billing via mandate-linked invoices
