🧾 Enabling the Module
- Navigate to:
Home → Setup → Modules → Interventions - Click Activate
- Optional: Configure PDF templates and intervention numbering format
🧑🔧 Creating an Intervention
- Go to Interventions → New Intervention
- Select a linked Third Party (customer)
- Enter:
- Date of service
- Subject/Title
- Contact on site
- Location if different from default address
- Add lines for:
- Time spent by technician
- Resources or materials used
- Save the record and generate a service report PDF
✍️ Customer Sign-off and Validation
- Print the PDF and collect customer signature manually or attach scanned signature
- Mark intervention as Validated once signed or approved
- Validated records are ready for invoicing
💼 Linking to Contracts and Billing
- Interventions can be linked to active Service Contracts
- Track interventions performed under recurring agreements
- Generate an invoice directly from the intervention record
- Support for multiple interventions per contract or customer
📊 Tracking and Reporting
- Filter by customer, date range, technician, or status
