🧾 Enabling the Module

  1. Navigate to:
    Home → Setup → Modules → Commercial Proposals
  2. Click Activate
  3. Optional: Configure default numbering, PDF templates, and status workflows under module settings

📝 Creating a Proposal

  1. Go to Commercial Proposals → New Proposal
  2. Select a linked third party (customer or prospect)
  3. Enter proposal details:
    • Title
    • Proposal date
    • Validity period
    • Terms and conditions
  4. Add product or service lines:
    • Description
    • Qty, Price, Discount, and Tax
  5. Save the proposal and generate the PDF

📨 Sending and Tracking

  • Download and email the PDF directly from the proposal record
  • Use predefined email templates for consistency
  • Mark proposals as Sent to log activity
  • Status can be updated to Signed, Refused, or Canceled

  • Convert an accepted proposal into:
    • Customer Order
