If updates stop working, first confirm the license validates, then re-check for updates. Still stuck? Contact support with your DLID (not your secret key).
White-label deployments
Mokonyx Licensing can run as your own branded licensing/update service.
Key settings (in the component Options):
- Service Base URL — the public URL your service answers at (used in update feeds and
download links). Set this to your own domain.
- Brand name — shown in feeds and the admin UI.
- Forge URL / token — where release files live and the token to fetch private ones.
- Fail mode — whether validation fails open (serves last-known-good from cache) or
closed when the commercial source of truth is briefly unreachable.
With these set, your customers' products validate and update against your instance under your brand.
