When Teams Cross-Posting Helps
Routing new-article notifications into a Teams channel keeps your team informed without leaving their workspace — ideal for internal announcements, content sign-off, or keeping stakeholders in the loop as content goes live.
Tips
- Choose the right channel. Each webhook posts to the specific channel where it was created.
- Give the connector a clear name and icon so recipients recognize the source at a glance.
- Keep the webhook private. Anyone with the URL can post to the channel — if it leaks, remove and recreate it.
