The Plausible provider (plausible.*) reads the Stats API v2: visitors, pageviews, visits, bounce rate, visit duration, visitors-over-time, and top pages / sources / countries.

Prepare Plausible

  1. In Plausible, go to your account settings and create a Stats API key. (On Plausible Cloud the Stats API is a Business-plan feature; self-hosted Community Edition works too.)
  2. Note your site domain as registered in Plausible (e.g. example.com).

Add the data source

  1. Insight → Data Sources → New, provider type Plausible.
  2. Leave the base URL as https://plausible.io for cloud, or set your self-hosted URL; set site_id to your domain; paste the API key into the secret (sent as a Bearer token).
  3. Save then Test.
