Send article notifications via WhatsApp Business using the Meta Cloud API. Supports both template and free-form messages.

Credentials

  • Access Token — From the Meta Developer Portal, WhatsApp section.
  • Phone Number ID — The WhatsApp Business phone number ID from your Meta app.
  • Recipient Number — Phone number to send to, with country code (e.g., +1234567890).

Setup

  1. Create a Meta Business app with WhatsApp product.
  2. Set up a WhatsApp Business phone number.
  3. Generate a permanent access token.
  4. Enter the token, phone number ID, and recipient in MokoSuiteSocial.

Limits

4,096 characters per message.
