The Built-in Media Manager

Opening it

Two ways: the Media button on the editor toolbar (opens as a dialog), or full-page from Components → MokonyxEditor → Media.

What it does

• Browse both media roots — images/ and files/ — with image thumbnails and type icons.
• Upload via a button or by dragging files onto the grid.
• Organise — new folder, rename, move (drag onto a folder), copy, delete, and bulk delete.
• Edit images — resize to a max width, rotate, and crop, in place.
• Find — search, sort (name / size / type), and a grid ⇄ list view toggle.

Permissions

Every action is gated by the component’s own access rules, settable per user group: editor.media.browse, editor.media.upload, and editor.media.delete. The interface only shows the controls a user is actually allowed to use.
