🗂️ Archive Targets

- Digitally signed PDFs or XML exports
🔐 Archive Characteristics
- Files stored in a designated read-only archive directory

⚠️ Legal Considerations
- This feature supports regulatory frameworks like GDPR, SOX, or French anti-fraud laws
- Only applies to documents generated and validated within the system
- External audit systems or digital signatures may be required for full legal compliance
📌 Best Practices
- Test archiving rules in a staging environment before activation
- Use dedicated storage volumes with write-once access for compliance
- Label archived files clearly by year, module, or type
- Coordinate with Moko Consulting for retention policy enforcement and legal audit setup
- Back up archived directories regularly and store copies offsite
