🧾 Enabling the Module

  1. Navigate to:
    Home → Setup → Modules → Web Hooks
  2. Click Activate
  3. Go to Setup → Web Hooks to define triggers, URLs, and payloads

🔔 Supported Events

  • Third party creation or modification
  • Proposal validation or status change
  • Invoice creation, validation, or payment
  • Sales or purchase order status updates
  • Stock changes, shipments, receptions
  • Custom module hooks (with developer support)

📤 Payload and Request Format

  • Sent via HTTP POST or GET
  • Format: JSON by default (customizable per hook)
  • Includes standard fields (e.g., ID, date, label) and entity data
