🧾 Planned Activation
- Navigate to:
Home → Setup → Modules → Zapier - Click Activate (available in future release)
- Authenticate with your Zapier account and connect to the MokoCRM Zap app
⚙️ Planned Capabilities
- Send triggers to Zapier when:
- New contact or company is created
- Invoice is validated or paid
- Proposal or order is accepted
- Ticket is opened or closed
- Receive actions from Zapier to:
- Create or update a record in MokoCRM
- Attach a note or document
- Assign tasks or update project milestones

- Create a Google Calendar event when a project task is assigned
- Send a Slack message when a new lead is added

📊 Future Setup Requirements
- Webhook access must be enabled via the Web Hooks Module
- A Zapier Webhook URL will be used for each trigger
- API keys and permission settings may be required
- Testing tools will be included for webhook validation
