🧾 Enabling the Module

  1. Navigate to:
    Home → Setup → Modules → Stocks
  2. Click Activate
  3. Configure warehouse defaults, movement types, and tracking options (e.g., lots, serials)

🏬 Creating Warehouses

  1. Go to Stocks → Warehouses → New Warehouse
  2. Enter:
    • Warehouse name
    • Address (if needed for shipping or logistics)
    • Manager or responsible user (optional)
  3. Save to begin assigning products and stock levels

🔁 Stock Movements

  • Manual or automatic stock movements can be recorded:
    • Stock In (e.g., from Purchase Orders)
    • Stock Out (e.g., from Sales Orders or Shipments)
    • Transfers between warehouses
  • Track quantity, movement reason, and date
  • Validate to update inventory levels in real-time

📦 Product Inventory Management

  • Set:
    • Minimum and desired stock levels
    • Storage location codes
    • Lot or serial numbers if applicable
  • View current quantity on hand per product and warehouse
  • Enable alerts when stock falls below minimum thresholds

🔗 Integration With Other Modules

  • Products: Base stock information and alerts
  • Purchase Orders: Increase stock on delivery
  • Sales Orders & Shipments: Decrease stock on shipment
  • Manufacturing/Production: Reserve or consume raw materials

📊 Reporting and Auditing

  • Generate stock valuation reports by product or warehouse
  • Export inventory snapshots and movement logs
