The Barcodes Module in MokoCRM allows you to generate, assign, and scan barcodes for products, stock items, and documents. It supports multiple barcode formats, enhances inventory accuracy, and integrates with sales, purchasing, and warehouse operations for streamlined data entry and traceability. For barcode generation to work correctly, the PDF engine must be set to TCPDF.

🧾 Enabling the Module

1. Navigate to:
   Home → Setup → Modules → Barcodes
2. Click Activate
3. Set preferred barcode type (e.g., EAN13, Code128, QR) in Setup → Dictionaries → Barcode Types
4. Go to Home → Setup → Other → PDF and set the PDF engine to TCPDF

🏷️ Assigning Barcodes

1. Go to a product or service and click the Barcode tab
2. Automatically generate a barcode or enter one manually
3. Use a unique code for each product or variant
4. Save to attach the barcode to the product profile

📦 Printing Barcodes

• Print barcode labels from:
  • Product detail pages
  • Stock movement or reception screens
• Formats include standard labels, Avery templates, and sheets compatible with label printers
• Include additional data on labels such as name, price, or lot number

📥 Scanning and Usage

• Use barcode scanners in:
  • Stock movements (in/out/transfer)
  • Sales orders and Shipments
  • Warehouse inventory audits
• Scan to auto-fill product fields or search database entries
• Support for USB, Bluetooth, or mobile camera-based scanning

• Products: Core use for barcode assignment and search
• Stocks: Enables scanning for faster inventory operations
• Shipments & Receptions: Verifies items during dispatch or receipt
• POS or Invoicing: Optional for service desks or retail setups

• Ensure TCPDF is set as the PDF engine for barcode output to render correctly
• Use standardized barcode formats for universal compatibility
