🧾 Enabling the Module

  1. Navigate to:
    Home → Setup → Modules → Poll / Survey / Vote
  2. Click Activate
  3. Configure default visibility (public/private), vote restrictions, and result display settings

📋 Creating a Poll or Survey

  1. Go to Polls → New Poll
  2. Enter:
    • Question or title (e.g., "How satisfied are you with our support?")
    • Answer choices (single or multiple selection)
    • Start and end date (for time-limited polls)
  3. Select:
    • Anonymous voting or user tracking
    • Target audience: Internal users, contacts, or public URL
  4. Save and distribute the poll via link, email, or embed

  • Users or external participants can:
    • Click a unique voting link
    • Select one or more choices (based on configuration)
    • Submit their response without logging in (if public)
  • Responses are recorded in real time
  • Duplicate vote prevention via IP or login control (if enabled)

📊 Viewing Results

  • Access responses from the poll dashboard
  • View summary statistics: total votes, percentage per choice, time stamps
  • Export responses to CSV or Excel for further analysis
  • Display results graphically or in table format (public view optional)
