🧾 Enabling the Module
- Navigate to:
Home → Setup → Modules → ClickToDial - Click Activate
- Go to Setup → ClickToDial Configuration to define:
- Dialing URL format
- Phone field(s) to enable click dialing
- User or group access controls
📞 How It Works
- Click the phone icon next to a number in:
- Third Parties
- Contacts
- Proposals / Orders
- Your configured VoIP or softphone app will launch a call using the specified dialing URL
