🧾 Enabling the Module
- Navigate to:
Home → Setup → Modules → Sales Orders - Click Activate
- Adjust settings like order numbering, templates, and delivery conditions as needed
📝 Creating a Sales Order
- Go to Sales Orders → New Order
- Select a Third Party (customer)
- Enter order details:
- Order date
- Reference and Customer PO number (if applicable)
- Expected delivery date
- Add line items for products or services:
- Qty, Unit Price, Tax, Discount
- Save and generate a PDF confirmation
📦 Processing Orders
- Sales orders can be used to:
- Generate Shipments
- Generate Customer Invoices
- Track status: Draft, Validated, Shipped, Invoiced, Canceled
- Attach documents and internal notes
- View linked documents under the Linked Objects tab
🔁 Order Conversion
- Accepted Proposals can be converted into Sales Orders
- Sales Orders can then be:
- Converted into Shipments
- Converted into Invoices
- Product stock can be updated automatically when linked to shipments

- Use filters by order status, customer, date, or salesperson
- Export data to CSV or PDF
