📱 CRM Mobile App Guide
Stay connected to your Dolibarr system from anywhere using the mobile CRM app. Whether you're in the field, at a meeting, or working remotely, the Dolibarr mobile app gives you the flexibility to manage your operations from your phone or tablet.
📥 Installing the App
Dolibarr’s mobile apps are available for both Android and iOS:
- 📲 Android: Search for Dolibarr ERP CRM in the Google Play Store
- 🍎 iOS: At this time their is not a compaitabel app for Dolibarr, however it is accessble through the Safari and Google Chrome browsers.
💡 Note: You may need your CRM web address and API key to configure the app. These can be found in your user profile or obtained from your admin.
🔐 Logging In
To log in:
- Enter your CRM URL (e.g., https://crm.mokoconsulting.tech)
- Input your username and password
- If required, enter the API key found in your web account settings
🔒 Two-factor authentication (2FA) may be enabled by your admin for added security.
🧭 What You Can Do in the App
Most common functions are available in the mobile app, including:
- 🧾 View and create proposals or invoices
- 📇 Manage third parties (clients, prospects, vendors)
- 📂 Review project statuses and tasks
- 📊 Access dashboards and quick stats
- ✍️ Log notes and attach files while on the go

Changes made in the app automatically sync with the main system:
- Create a task in the app — it appears on the web dashboard
