What It Shows
- Site information — Mokonyx version, Joomla version, PHP version, and database driver.
- Plugin status badges so you can confirm at a glance that every Mokonyx plugin is enabled.
- Quick actions and links to the most-used tools.
Why the Dashboard Matters
Because the dashboard surfaces version and plugin information in one place, it is often the fastest way to confirm your site is set up correctly and to catch a disabled plugin or an out-of-date component before it becomes a problem. Making the dashboard your first stop after any update is a good habit: a quick scan of the version numbers and plugin badges tells you whether everything came through the change intact.
Reading the Plugin Badges
Each Mokonyx plugin appears with a status badge. A plugin shown as enabled is active and contributing its features; one shown as disabled is installed but not currently doing anything. If a feature you expect is missing from the front end or the admin, the dashboard badges are the first place to look — re-enabling the relevant plugin usually restores it.
Support PIN
When you request help, Moko Consulting may ask for your Support PIN. Click Request PIN in the dashboard toolbar to generate one. The PIN rotates daily and lets support verify your site securely without you having to share a password.
Using Your Support PIN
- Generate the PIN only when you are actively contacting support.
- Because it rotates daily, request a fresh PIN each time you reach out.
- The PIN confirms your identity without exposing account credentials.
- Never post your PIN in a public place; share it only through your direct support channel with Moko Consulting.
Need Help?
MokonyxPlatform is under active development, so the dashboard layout and options may change between versions. If you have questions about the dashboard or your Support PIN, contact Moko Consulting support and we will walk you through it.
