MokoHub is a single desktop app that keeps all of your everyday web services, such as Google Workspace, email, chat, and internal tools, in one tidy window. This guide walks you through downloading and installing it on Windows, macOS, or Linux.
You do not need to create a MokoHub account. The app works on its own from the moment you install it, and you simply sign in to your existing services (like your Google account) the first time you open each one.
Before you start: system requirements
- Windows: Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit).
- macOS: a recent version of macOS on Apple Silicon or Intel hardware.
- Linux: a modern 64-bit desktop distribution (Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, or similar).
You will also need a working internet connection and a few hundred megabytes of free disk space.
Where the installers come from
MokoHub installers are published by Moko Consulting. Always download from the link your administrator provides or the official Moko release location — avoid third-party download sites.
Installing on Windows
- Download the Windows Installer (its name ends in .exe).
- Double-click it; if Windows shows a security prompt, confirm you want to continue.
- Accept the Terms of Service, complete setup, and launch MokoHub from the Start menu.
A Portable .exe is also offered if you cannot install software — just save and run it.
Installing on macOS
- Download the .dmg, double-click it, and agree to the Terms of Service.
- Drag MokoHub into your Applications folder and open it.
- If macOS warns about an unidentified developer, open System Settings > Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway.
Installing on Linux
Choose the AppImage (runs without installing), a .deb (Debian/Ubuntu), or a .tar.gz. For the AppImage: download it, mark it executable (chmod +x), and double-click to launch.
First launch and signing in
- Choose Get started and sign in with your Google account when prompted — one sign-in covers all your Google services.
- Your services appear automatically as tiles down the side of the window.
- Click any service to sign in the first time; MokoHub keeps you signed in between sessions.
Staying up to date
MokoHub updates itself: it checks automatically, downloads new versions, and prompts you to restart to finish installing — nothing is installed without your say-so.
